Their support tech is rude and unhelpful, but most importantly they are extremely slow... My sites have been getting downtime for the past few months and all they ever say is, "Well, sorry but we don't take responsibility for downtime." So much for 99.9% guaranteed uptime. They were cheap, but their prices are going up and their services are going down. I had a whole day when their live chat was down!!!
